Our

Rooms

The Hotel Barrett has 20 rooms and is located in a very old palace built upon ancient Roman walls. The palace hosting the hotel establishment is dating from the XVIth century and for this reason there is no lift.

Most of the Hotel rooms offer a view onto the ruins of the oldest Temples of the ancient Roman times (from the Republican period) brought to light in 1929 and currently being part of the famous Roman archaeological site of Largo Torre Argentina; the other rooms open onto the two big interior courtyards typical of the historical center of Rome.

All our rooms have a unique atmosphere, have been accurately renovated with decoration inspired by the Imperial Rome and show admirable original antique chestnut wood beam and panelling ceilings.

All our rooms have a private bathroom with a complete “Jacuzzi” hydro-massage shower box and an independent “Imetec” hydro-massage foot spa conceived to offer guests personalizable comfort and relax. Each room has wifi connection and its own remotely controllable air conditioning system with dehumidifier in a way that our Guests are able to customize the room temparature to their own needs.

Our rooms are also conceived to offer our Guests all kind of confort for their breakfast and snacks:

  • Minibar is daily re-filled with all kind of comfort food
  • Each room has an Espresso point Lavazza system for breakfast

The

Breakfast

Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Fruits and freshly baked cakes and pastry are available in the Hall.

Each room is also equipped with:

  • a “Lavazza Breakfast System” allowing our Guests to prepare their own delicious and preferred coffee (espresso or American and also cappuccino, tea, camomile tea and hot chocolate;
  • a Minibar filled with still and sparkling water, soft drinks, wine, beer, cheeses, cold cuts, yogurt of the alps etc. and at least 6 different cereal qualities from Muesli to Corn Flakes as well as various 100% Fruit Mousse, without preservatives;
  • Different types of cookies, bread and croissants
  • A system to heat bread, croissants and prepare toast, sandwiches and hotdogs

The fresh fruits and cakes available in the Hall as well as the Lavazza Breakfast System, the minibar and all the other food facilities in the room are included in the room rate.

This allows our Guests not only to have breakfast when they prefer but also to get delicious snacks whenever they like, any time of the day.

Cancellation

Policy

Reservations can be cancelled without any penalty until 1 day before the check-in date.

No show or cancellations within 1 day from the check-in date  imply a penalty of 100% of the total amount due to the Hotel for the reservation.

Credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation through regular pre-authorisation.

In case of  no-refundable reservations, 100% of the total amount is charged by the Hotel at the moment of the reservation.
