Payments
Payments are accepted by:
- Credit cards of the VISA and BANKAMERICARD circuits,
- Instant or ordinary bank transfer
In case of payment by bank transfer, please send us an email or call us to make the reservation.
The reservation will be confirmed at the time of credit of the transfer.
For this reason, in the case of ordinary (non-instant) transfer, please make sure to make the transfer at least 4 days before check-in.

Please send us a copy of the completed transfer by e-mail with name, surname and check-in / check-out dates.
Cancellation
Policy
Reservations can be cancelled without any penalty until 1 day before the check-in date.
No show or cancellations within 1 day from the check-in date imply a penalty of 100% of the total amount due to the Hotel for the reservation.
Credit card is required only to guarantee the reservation through regular pre-authorisation.
In case of no-refundable reservations, 100% of the total amount is charged by the Hotel at the moment of the reservation.
